When you open the front door and follow the hallway, you enter the open-plan kitchen with a skylight in the ceiling. The kitchen leads into the shared living room. This currently houses our digital piano, kitchen table, and TV with soundbar. There's also a separate toilet and bicycle/motorcycle/storage space on the ground floor.

The next two floors each have two bedrooms, a shower, and a separate toilet.

The attic is used as a shared office and storage space.

Personal space

A spacious bedroom with an east-facing window. You can furnish it yourself.

Several power outlets and one Ethernet (internet) port are included.

For groceries, there's a Delhaize within walking distance at the roundabout. On Sundays, you can go to the other Delhaize past Ghent University.

There's also a large Carrefour in Sint Martens Latem, a 15-minute drive away.
