The house is recently renovated and well insulated, located in 3001 Heverlee, around 12 min away from the station and the center and easily accessible. It includes a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave & dishwasher), a living room, a dining room, one bathroom with bathtub, shower and toilet, plus an additional separate toilet.

You’ll be sharing the house with two friendly housemates both 27: Tim works in Brussels and Peter a PhD student at KU Leuven.

These things we like to do togther

The atmosphere is rather chill - we like to have spaces sufficiently cleaned after we used them, but otherwise will not stress you out.

We occasionally cook together (veggie primarily for Peter) and sometimes play some board games or pool.

We'd love to have a BBQ in the garden together in summer :)

Additional information about price or contract

Cleaning is done via vouchers split. There is a buffer in the monthly fee (we have to re-calc for new energy contracts again), but incl. cleaning it should be roughly correct.

Since we would have to draw up the contract anew if we change residents and the state of the house has to be checked 2x again (costing us some money), we'd like to have a cohabitant that likes to stay for at least a year.
