On the top floor of our house, we offer a furnished duplex-style living space for rent, available for a short period from March to August. It's a bright, quiet space with its own small kitchen and bathroom—ideal for those looking for comfortable and independent living for a few months.

The stairs to the upper floor are shared, and you'll also have your own separate living space. The space is fully furnished and ready to move into.

The private area is an open space, with plenty of light, offering plenty of freedom and opportunities to rearrange your furniture!

The walls were painted by the previous occupant (a fashion designer) but can be repainted after consultation.

Around the corner is a small kitchenette with an electric stove, and a shower, toilet, and sink are hidden behind a curtain.

Up the ladder leads to a closet and bed, as well as a window that opens onto a small roof terrace and a view of the garden.

We're looking for someone who lives modestly and doesn't like loud music. Visitors are welcome, of course, but since the house is entirely wooden, sound from above is well-conducted :)

We're renovating, and although the major work isn't scheduled for later in the year, we'll have workmen around occasionally.

My best friend Timo and I are both very busy. Timo is often out and about, and I'm often busy around the house.

We enjoy watching movies together on our projector, and when the weather's nice, we always sit outside.
