The house exudes peace, serenity and comfort. The ground floor consists of a beautiful living room, with reading corner and TV lounge, kitchen with all built-in appliances and a dining room. You will also find a garden with a dining area, sitting area and a swimming pool. On the first floor you will find a study room and a first bathroom. On the second floor you will find two more bathrooms with a walk-in shower and bathtub. Lastly, you can find a laundry room in the basement.

The house consists of 6 luxurious bedrooms. Each of the rooms is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and desk. The smaller rooms have a surface of 18 m2 or an attic ceiling.

The house is located next to De Coninckplein, 5 minutes from central station. The neighborhood is cozy and lively. On De Coninckplein we find many cozy restaurants, be sure to try coffee bar Vigo’s for the best coffee in town or the Beerlovers Bar for perhaps the most numerous beer assortment in Antwerp.
