Proche de Leuven (15 min de Bruxelles) : ce n'est pas l'échelle communautaire que tu cherches, mais le prix est abordable et les habitants semblent bienveillants.

Arjun, Tine & Jasper (alle drie jonge 30'ers) zijn op zoek naar ´n nieuwe huisgenoot vanaf maart 2026!
De kamer die vrijkomt ligt op de tweede verdieping van een rijhuis in Kessel-Lo en is ongeveer 14 m² groot. De huurprijs bedraagt 460 euro inclusief kosten (water, elektriciteit, verwarming, verzekeringen).
Op de benedenverdieping is er een grote, gedeelde living en een zonovergoten keuken. Verder delen we een badkamer, twee toiletten, een extra douche, een kelder en een geïsoleerde zolder. We hebben ook een leuk tuintje waarin je vrij bent om aardbeien of ander lekkers te planten (helaas zijn de slakken ons wel vaak te snel af om te genieten van de oogst).
Ons huis bevindt zich in een residentiële wijk, op 10 minuten wandelen van het station van Leuven met in de buurt parken, winkels, een markt op woensdag, een sportcentrum en Hal5.
Arjun´s pad bracht hem 4 jaar geleden naar Leuven, studerend voor een Master in Education. In zijn vrijetijd gaat hij wandelen, leest hij een boek, mediteert hij of gaat hij naar een voorstelling. Voor een goed gesprek moet je bij hem zijn!
Tine is een globetrotter met horeca-ervaring, die zich momenteel aan het omscholen is tot fietshersteller (woehoew, gratis fietsonderhoud). Ze vult haar vrije tijd met vrienden zien, fietsen of een avondje Netflix.
Jasper is vormingswerker bij Arktos en muzikant. Hij volgt een jaaropleiding Voedselbostuinieren dus voor weetjes over eetbare planten moet je bij hem zijn!
We zijn op zoek naar iemand die past in ons huis, iemand die warm en respectvol met ons kan samenleven. We hebben allemaal onze eigen interesses en agenda’s, maar zijn altijd wel te vinden voor een spelletje, drankje of babbel.

Arjun, Tine and Jasper (30+) are looking for a new flatmate starting March 2026!
The room that´s vacant is on the second floor of a terraced house in Kessel-Lo and is about 14 m² in size. The rent is 460 euros including expenses (water, electricity, heating, insurances).
On the ground floor, there is a large, shared living room and a sunlit kitchen. We also share a bathroom, two toilets, an extra shower, a cellar and an insulated attic. We have a nice little garden in which you are free to plant strawberries or other goodies (unfortunately, the snails are often too quick for us to enjoy the harvest, though).
Our house is in a residential area, a 10-minute walk from Leuven station with nearby parks, shops, a Wednesday market, a sports centre and Hal5.
Arjun´s been living in Leuven for the past four years; a master’s degree in education bringing him here. In his free time, he likes to go for hikes, read a book, goes to exhibitions/musical performances, or meditates. Hit him up for a good convo!
Tine is a globetrotter with hospitality experience, currently studying to become a bike mechanic (Free bikerepairs!). She fills her free time with seeing friends, cycling or an evening Netflix.
Jasper is a social worker at Arktos and a musician. He is currently taking a year-long Food Gardening course so for trivia about edible plants, he’s your guy!
We are looking for someone to fit into our home, someone who can live with us warmly and respectfully. We all have our own interests and agendas, but are always up for a game, a conversation or a drink.
