The contract can be terminated by either party without notice.

The price of €725 is all-inclusive, including monthly block costs, except for food. Kitchen cabinets are shared, and everyone has a refrigerator that they can stock with food and drinks. Cleaning supplies and detergent will always be provided in the apartment.
