I'm sociable, athletic, adventurous, and have a zen spirit. I love to travel, and now that my kids are independent, I'd like to travel more. I'm looking for roommates to share my home with. Currently, two rooms are available, and a third and fourth room will become available in the near future. Preferably, people who care about the current roommates, who have two cats and will occasionally need your attention.

Additional information about price or contract

The initial contract term is a 4-month trial period without any contractual obligations. If you wish to leave earlier, please notify me at least 1 month in advance. I do not allow a residential address during these first 4 months. Your mail can be sent to a new address via bpost for up to 6 months, including this address during the first 4 months. If everything is to your satisfaction and that of all co-residents, an extension of your choice and residential address is of course no longer a problem. With this 4-month trial period, I wish to establish and obtain assurances regarding the use of the residence and its contents, respect for others, and correct monthly payments.
