Welcome to the Pastizal, the pasture. Referring to the future area “Slachthuissite” on the Dam in Antwerp. We launched a beautiful historical residence last year with 7 individual rooms with private bathrooms. The ground floor has a shared fully equipped kitchen where you can chill and cook with your housemates.

The kitchen is equipped with:

- fridge and freezer

- combi microwave (microwave) + hot air oven

- induction hob

- coffee maker

- kettle

- dishwasher

- personal locker

- all materials such as pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, glasses, plates, ...

It is possible to rent for short periods.

The residence currently houses a mix of Belgian and international young adults.

Personal space

The room is fully furnished and equipped with:

- a bed 90x200 cm including slatted base, mattress and mattress protector

- a bookcase / wall cupboard

- a desk and desk chair

- a wardrobe with hangers

- a standing mirror

- a washbasin with sink with hot and cold water

- a wall mirror

- a coat rack

- 2 radiators (central heating)

There are many large windows, through which the light falls and gives your room a warm feeling. Of course, there are also curtains, which are blackout.

The room comes with decorations, as shown in the photos.

Your bathroom is en-suite and consists of:

- a walk-in shower with rain shower and hand shower

- a hanging toilet

- a towel radiator

- automatic ventilation system

We are located on Dam Square, near Park Spoor Noord and the AP University College.

Within walking distance you will find Albert Heijn, Lidl, Aldi, Basic Fit etc.

Access

Bus 23 passes in our street and goes to Central Station.

Nearby is also the metro station where you can take tram 2, 3, 5 and 6 towards the city (Groenplaats, Opera, Central Station, etc.).

You can also take a Velo or walk through the park along the pedestrian tunnel.
