The apartment is located in the beautiful area of Koning Albertlaan 74, 3010 Kessel-Lo
It is a two bedroom apartment with a separate kitchen (including all necessary equipment: dish wasser, washing machine, fridge, micro and oven), big living room, separate toilet and bathroom (combination shower & bath), and basement.
The apartment is fully furnished (see some pictures).
The room is free from October 1, 2025. Today the second room is taken by an international postdoctoral researcher (Bioinformatics).
The room is only available for PHD students, postdoctoral researchers or people who are working.
The price for the room and sharing the whole furnished apartment is 550 euros and 100 euros fixed fee.
In this fixed fee is included electricity, heating, water, and high speed telenet.
