A 19th-century mansion with high ceilings, old floors, and plenty of light and space. The kitchen is a bit dated but will be thoroughly renovated next year. The upstairs bathroom has a bathtub, while the shower is located in the basement near the washing machine. This will also be renovated in due course. It's all part of the house's charm.

The room is very spacious and extends to the roof, where there's a mezzanine. Currently, there's only a closet. The room has a sink. The room can be decorated entirely to your own taste.
