Living in a green oasis in the heart of the village. The benefits of the town center with the tranquility of nature all around. This is what we offer with the Baeyenshof cohousing project.

Our target group consists of people aged 55 and over who want to live together and live privately in nine newly built private apartments.

The entire cohousing community has a shared large apartment where people can meet each other and visitors. It is also fully furnished with a large living area and kitchen, two bedrooms for visitors, a bathroom, and a terrace. The new building will use a heat pump for heating and generate electricity from solar panels. Car sharing is an option.

The project will be completed in 2026. The first tenants are expected to move in in January 2027.

Apartments range in size from 58m² to 73m² and have one or two bedrooms.

All apartments feature a fully enclosed winter and summer terrace. There's also a separate terrace in the communal area. The cohousing unit is located in the heart of a park.

The price per apartment ranges from €850 to €1250.
