In the heart of Ghent, on a street lined with luxury boutiques and stunning views, lies our apartment (120 m²), available from January to share with one other resident. The historic city center and all of Ghent's highlights are within walking distance.

The apartment occupies two floors:

**First floor:** Living room, large balcony overlooking the canal and the city library (Krook), hallway with office, kitchen, dining room, and toilet.

**Second floor:** Master bedroom (approximately 30 m²) with a view, second bedroom (20 m²), and bathroom.

Personal space

The master bedroom is fully furnished with a king-size bed, a large number of wardrobes and an electrically adjustable desk for working while standing.

I will only be using the apartment myself two nights a week. I'm 41 and work for the university. I'll be working during the day and in the apartment in the evenings. I enjoy cooking my own quick but healthy meals and relaxing on the sofa in the evenings with the view of the Krook. I prefer the apartment not to be used for entertaining or parties, but for the space to remain private and quiet.
