Hello,

We are Dina, Andreas, and Olivier, and we live in a stately mansion near Kortrijk's main square. So you don't have to walk far for a bite to eat or a drink. We all work. Our two other co-housers have finished their internships, so we're looking for two equally nice girls or boys who would also like to share the house with us. Perhaps something for you?

Two are approximately 15m².

The two rooms are located at the back, one on the first floor and the other on the second.

We are looking for someone who

We're looking for calm, tidy individuals who are also working or studying. Our goal is to live together, save a lot so we can eventually buy our own place, and occasionally take on some housework. We'd also like to have some company while we cook in the kitchen or enjoy a drink on the patio. Sound like something for you?

Something more about your co-residents

Andreas = a 29-year-old man, the star of the hospitality industry (works at Balthazar in Kortrijk, a famous food and drink establishment). He's a great cook. He sleeps a lot when he's not working. He's fashion-conscious, handy (when it suits him :-)), and can be sweet (although he's a bit moody early in the morning).

Dina: a 24-year-old woman, a hard worker (also in the hospitality industry). He loves to chat and enjoys going out for a drink. Her cat is called Tijgertje, and you'll probably see him in the hallways sometimes.

Olivier: The boss and oldest of the gang. He goes to work during the day and goes out for a walk every now and then.

These things we like to do togther

We're all very different from each other. Some are open books, others more reserved. We all go to work or school, so we don't see each other much. Usually in the kitchen, where we can have a nice chat, or on the patio. We really try to keep the kitchen and bathroom tidy so the next person in the kitchen or bathroom doesn't have to clean it first. And on a warm spring or summer day, we like to go out into town.

The rent for the two rooms at the back is €520/month. The lease is for one year and renewable.

Three months' notice is required for cancellations.

Students are also welcome. The student deposit is two months' rent.

Interesting places nearby

Right on the main square! In the heart of the city. Yet a quiet street with pedestrians and cyclists. The Church of Our Lady is right outside.

The beguinage is within walking distance, as are the Broel towers.

Access

Everything is easily accessible on foot, by bike, or by bus!

If you have a car, it's best to park underground at Houtmarkt. (It's best to get a yearly subscription.)
