Additional information about price or contract

The price depends on the number of people staying. The rent includes all utilities. I require a three-month deposit (this also includes the contract's cancellation period).

If I rent the rooms to one person, the price is €1000. If it's to two separate people, it's €550, and if it's to three separate people, it's €400. If you have any questions, please feel free to send me a message.
