You'll share the house exclusively with me (the owner), although I'm often away for work and often stay with my girlfriend. This means you'll have the house to yourself most of the time, but with the comfort of a shared home.

You'll share the house with me, the owner. I'm a calm and easygoing thirty-something, work full-time, and am often on the road or staying with my girlfriend, so you'll often have the house to yourself.
