It's a partially renovated house with easy access to the E40 motorway, 2km from Gasthuisberg and 4km from Leuven city center. We have a lovely garden with barbecue facilities, a spacious driveway, and a peaceful forest behind us. The kitchen and living room are spacious and cozy. There's a cat roaming around the house, which is an indoor cat due to the busy road next door. The garage and basement can be used for storage.

We are looking for someone who

I'm 25 years old and looking for a roommate in a similar stage of life. We're currently renting a ground-floor room with a private bathroom to a mother and her twelve-year-old daughter, who are in need of emergency shelter (eviction). This small family is already looking for an apartment; they plan to move in this summer.

I'm an active person; I always have something to do, but I can definitely make time when needed. I read books, watch movies, or go for a walk. My cat likes to roam around the living room and kitchen, but sleeps upstairs with me. The mother and daughter are often home and love to cook! They're moving soon, though they don't know when yet.
