I offer a studio apartment with a private sink and shower. The building is divided as follows:

Ground floor: entrance hall, dressing room, laundry room, and a small terrace where my garbage is stored.

First floor: living room, dining area, kitchen, terrace with a lounge chair and dining table.

Second floor: my bedroom, a hobby room where my piano is and where I work out, and the bathroom with a bathtub and toilet.

Third floor: studio with private bathroom (shower)

Personal space

I never go up to the top floor, the space is a bit wasted as I live alone and he is looking for a respectful and tidy resident 😇

I myself have ADHD and autism, so you'll have to consider my "odd" collection in my living room ;) I love tidiness, but I can create a huge mess during a project. I like quiet, but also energetic people. I play the piano and sing, so don't expect a quiet house. 😅 I'm 25, I work 7 days a week and exercise after work 6 days a week, so I'm never home for hours unless I plan it that way.
