The 140m² house boasts a 700m² northeast-facing garden, bathed in sunshine during the summer, featuring pear trees, a grapevine, and a beautiful fig tree. There's also a covered courtyard and a small garden bordering the street, facing southwest. A semi-wild garden, teeming with biodiversity!
The main living areas include a large living room and a spacious, bright, fully equipped kitchen with a large bay window overlooking the garden. The living area comprises a central room and a lounge with a fireplace.
Upstairs, there's a bathroom with a shower, bathtub, and toilet (and a second toilet on the ground floor). The basement offers ample storage space for belongings and DIY projects, as well as a laundry room with a washing machine.
Personal space
The bedrooms are 10 and 13 square meters, sunny even in winter, separated by a door, and with only one door leading to the hallway. The double bedroom is on the first floor, next to the bathroom. It's the master bedroom and in perfect condition!

We are looking for one or two people, or a single parent with a child, ideally a couple; calm, responsible, and independent, who work, and who will appreciate the charms of Boitsfort! We value independence and a friendly atmosphere, neither a commune nor an individualistic environment. Good communication is essential, as is a certain degree of adaptability, a balanced approach to relationships, and an ecological/economic awareness. A fair contribution to household expenses is expected, and no cat allergies (we have one very clean and calm cat...no drama cat... ;-)
