and do you actually want your own place in full ownership, a safe & quiet accommodation for your old age... ,

but you don't have the required budget that they want here in this country, and you like the bit of remoteness abroad,

Well, we're on the same wavelength...

About to buy an old-fashioned (farmhouse style or similar) spacious house in France... (and preferably this summer)...I'm looking for someone (1 @ 2max.), a single person with an alternative lifestyle, who also wants to take this step... but doesn't want to spend too much. this call for the cohousing partner concerns a single male candidate the exact location (municipality / city / village) is less important to us. just the region.

our establishment / settlement must be located in one of the following departments. :/

(Champagne-Ardenne / Lorraine / Vosgez / Alsace / Bourgogne Nord). this is already a very broadly plausible area, where there is sufficient choice ... (but a deviation from this is negotiable)

We also want a permanent residence location, so with a very spacious area, where there is enough space for everyone.

But this is certainly not a problem in France to find something like this. we already have some options / hotspots ahead... (all can be found on leboncoin.fr). feel free to take a look...

it would be easy for us to have / be able to work and live together for someone (native) from the country of origin. it is interesting to be able to handle the administrative matters and to get them arranged. in order to reduce all additional costs, if it is someone from the home country (ie person with their own nationality).
