THUUS is a unique and small-scale project in Bornem, which aims to offer comfortable housing to people who would like to commit themselves to a small living community.

There is a lot of privacy due to the individual rooms and also the possibility to live together sustainably with fellow residents in the common areas, cook, relax,… The single-family home has 4 large rooms (+/- 30m²) each with their own bathroom (shower + toilet + furniture with sink). ‘Co-housing’ means making mutual agreements and being involved in order to be able to live together respectfully with attention to each other's privacy, individuality and freedom.

One room will be available from October 1.

Technical advantages:
