The house is located in Wilsele village (Leopold Decouxlaan 160), a quiet neighborhood with lots of greenery, tall trees, a few hidden parks, and even more beautiful nature nearby (including the Bellefroid ponds).

The town center is a 5- to 10-minute bike ride away, and there's also a bus stop nearby.

There's also a bread vending machine 30 meters from the back door.

The rent is approximately €675 all-inclusive, and the room is 16.5 m².

I'm looking for a calm, gentle, and empathetic person to join me in my home.

Peace and quiet are very important to me, but that doesn't mean there shouldn't be a lively and enjoyable atmosphere in my home. I think it's important that you can sing, play music, make sounds, be yourself, and so on, both during the day and in the evenings. I'd also love to spend some time together in the living room in the evenings, chatting, playing a game, or watching something.

This is a standard 3-6-9 contract. Adding a tenant to the contract requires drawing up a document, for which a fee of €175 was recently requested. However, I don't know whether the real estate agency will raise the price again this time. A possible distribution of these costs can be discussed.
