The house is almost fully equipped. However, some space could be made available for a kitchen shelf for food storage.

We share the hallway, living room, dining room, kitchen, basement, separate toilet, bathroom, and a charming little garden. From the garden, you can enter the local park through a gate. This is an idyllic little park with beautiful oak trees and a small pond. It's a very quiet, rarely visited park. So, from our garden, we look out onto a lot of greenery :)

Personal space

The room I'm offering is quite large and partially furnished. It already has a bunk bed and two built-in wardrobes. There's still plenty of space to set up a desk or table if desired. The room faces the street but overlooks a beautiful pine tree, which also offers a bit more privacy. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood near the Gentbrugse Meersen, yet within easy cycling distance of the city center. Good train, tram, and bus connections, and supermarkets are within walking distance.

P.S.: I haven't measured the exact size of the room yet. The photos give you an idea.
