I'm looking for a co-houser (m/f). The house is located in the warm and cozy town of Zomergem (Lievegem), within walking distance of the city center and about 12 km from Ghent. The house features a spacious living room and kitchen, and on the first floor, two large rooms and one smaller one that can be used as a dressing room. The bathroom has a double sink, shower, and bathtub. There is one large room available that can also be furnished as a studio. The garage is used as a large storage space, and parking is available in the driveway. Outside, there is a large garden and terrace. I am sociable and enjoy open and honest communication and pleasant conversations. Privacy is also important, of course. My hobbies and passions are music, attending concerts, traveling, city breaks, sports, and going out with friends, but I also enjoy a cozy evening at home. The price is approximately €680 (rent and all fixed costs included, including gas, electricity, water, internet, and insurance).

Someone to have pleasant chats with, a quiet evening of watching TV, cooking together, someone I can communicate with openly and honestly, with a healthy dose of humor. Going out for a meal together or going out is definitely possible, as is someone who enjoys helping with housework and is organized and tidy. All of this, of course, with the necessary respect and privacy. I also find it incredibly important that the person feels at home and can get the rest they need.
