We're looking for a new housemate for Yaelle and our sweetest four-legged friends, looking for the coziest cottage nestled in nature, pure tranquility, yet very close to the city (tram stop and train station within walking distance, Ghent about a 20-minute bike ride away). Five years ago, I started renovating my dream cottage just outside Ghent. My beloved home is now finished and ready for adventures, big or small. For years, I've dreamed of venturing out into the wide world indefinitely, so there's a room available in my beautiful cottage. We're looking for someone open-minded and kind, even to animals, who can keep my place warm.

This is a fully renovated semi-detached house with two bedrooms and an attic room serving as a dressing room (to share), a large, bright living room, a bathroom with a bath/rain shower, a large open-plan kitchen overlooking the garden, a laundry room, and last but not least, a lush garden with a cozy terrace for relaxing, a garden shed, and your own chickens. You can store your bike in the dry shed next to the garden shed. The gate leads to a passageway next to the house, where you can place the trash cans to prevent unpleasant odors.

This house is incredibly cozy. We love music, delicious, preferably vegetarian, food, philosophizing, watching movies, but also doing our own thing. Friends are welcome to come hang out with us occasionally (PARTYTIIIIME), but preferably not too often, because we also appreciate some peace and quiet in our busy lives.
