The house is located across the street from the beautiful Rivierenhof in Deurne (Antwerp) and the brand new sports complex Sportoase. 50m from the house is a tram and bus stop. The garden can be used. My daughter and I have lived here for 8 years and it is my father's parental home. We are not here that much anymore because we live partly somewhere else. So at times a complete house for the tenant alone. Photos of the common areas are not on it but I can share them in another way or feel free to come by. There is a large living room, kitchen and bathroom on the 1st floor. The price is still negotiable if you click.

So as I said before I live here with my 10 year old daughter who is with me half the week but we often stay with my girlfriend who lives somewhere else.

I (Pieter) am a musician, teacher at an academy and work in a wine shop.

Downstairs in the basement I have a music studio where I work regularly but that can't be heard on the 2nd floor. Every now and then my girlfriend is here with her dog but she is the most pleasant person there is ;) the dog too by the way :).

These things we like to do togther

The atmosphere is hard to describe but I think it always depends on the new tenant. I think that everyone in this house can feel free in what they do and say. Of course, friends can be received. Parties are possible if good agreements are made.
