Hello!

Due to my departure, I'm looking for a new tenant for our cohouse.

The house is ideally located in a residential area in Heverlee, just outside Leuven itself, but Leuven city center and Leuven train station are easily accessible by bike or bus (there's a bus stop close to the house).

The house has two floors, five rooms, a bathroom, kitchen, living room, and a beautiful garden (perfect for enjoying in the summer!).

There are five of us in the cohouse; we're between 29 and 38 years old and working. Everyone has the space to pursue their own activities, but there's always the opportunity to do something together 😊 We're preferably looking for someone who is already working or looking for work, calm, and sociable. Therefore, the tenant is expected to stay for a year or more.

Personal space

The room is approximately 15 m². There's plenty of room for a bed, desk, and wardrobe. Shelving units are already integrated into the room's structure. It's located on the second floor and is the only room on this floor, so you'll have a bit of space to yourself.

Something more about your co-residents

You'll be living with four other cohousers, aged between 29 and 38, who are already working or in training. Everyone has their own activities, but we do occasionally chat in the kitchen when we're ready for dinner, and there's also room for communal activities. For example, we organized a Secret Santa party at Christmas :)

As described: the atmosphere among the co-housers is good. Everyone respects each other, but we're also sociable and enjoy chatting with each other.

The rent can fluctuate a bit depending on the costs, but it was usually between 505 euros and 495 euros per month, so about 500 euros/month on average.

Interesting places nearby

Nearby, you'll find Park Abbey, a beautiful nature reserve. Not far from the park and the house is Sportoase (Philips site), a large sports complex where you can work out, swim, or take other classes. You can also easily cycle to places like Arenberg Castle, Leuven train station, or the city center.

The house is ideally located in a residential area in Heverlee, just outside Leuven itself, but Leuven city centre or Leuven station are easily accessible by bike or bus (there is a bus stop close to the house).
