I'm someone who likes to take initiative and communicates clearly. I follow my own rhythm and function best when there's mutual respect for space, autonomy, and clear agreements. I'm highly sensitive and value a calm, mindful living environment.

I'm exploring Human Design, where I'm a Manifestor type—a rare energy type that thrives on freedom, trust, and honesty. This translates into a direct, calm way of living together: I value transparency, preparation, and clear expectations, so that living together can flow naturally.

I love nature, hiking, and exploring new hobbies.

I'm a flexitarian and consciously eco-friendly; I've been a member of a CSA farm for over 10 years and I continue to challenge myself and learn about sustainable choices.

Currently, I'm home a lot and therefore explicitly choose someone who works during the day, so that the rhythm of the house fits well.

The house exudes a warm, natural atmosphere: organic food and ecological products are a given, and the two neighbor cats provide cozy "hello" moments daily. Spirituality or an affinity for it is valued and can add an extra layer of connection. Reciprocity and care for one another are at the heart of living together: everyone contributes and is also welcome to receive.

Cooking or eating together at least once a week is a wonderful way to experience connection. There's room to gradually grow into other shared activities—a walk, a quiet evening with tea, a moment of meditation, or other connecting moments—always based on mutual intuition. Open and direct communication about discomfort or boundaries helps us live together in balance.

Additional information about price or contract

The additional monthly contributions are for internet and EGW (advance payments). Cleaning of common areas is on a biweekly rotation with me. This is a temporary contract, and residential use is not possible. For privacy reasons, I do not share photos online. I will only share photos if there is an affinity with the values I espouse. Thank you for your understanding.
