The house was originally built in 2016 as a maternity hotel. There are three guest rooms and a shared bathroom with a shower for these guests. We have our own private bathroom and dressing room.

There are separate toilets for cohousers both downstairs and upstairs. There is a shared large kitchen for everyone with two refrigerators. A home theater, a game room, and a seating area for visitors are also available. Ample parking is available. There is a large, enclosed garden with a vegetable patch and a large, partially covered terrace.

Personal space

Furnished 13m² room with air conditioning and real parquet flooring. It features a sink, wardrobe, desk, and more. A large window with blackout blinds faces west.

Besides this private room, the house is spacious enough to offer a quiet retreat.

You live with a family of two parents aged 50+ and two boys aged 13 and 16. The boys have many hobbies and are therefore often away from home in the evenings, but they still strive to eat together every day, share stories, and laugh together. The father of the house is self-employed, and the mother is a housewife, so she takes care of the laundry, ironing, cleaning, and preparing meals. The puppy in the house is an Irish Setter, so she enjoys going for walks in the woods behind the house, where the residents also regularly walk and cycle.
