This is a special "case"... And by that, I mean that you can find all sorts of things in the world of co-housing, but nothing can match this. We want to breathe new life into this beautiful building and have it occupied by a group of four couples and six singles, all ages. We're starting from scratch and expect input and input on all fronts. We're opening up this property and only want to partner with people who are committed to turning this gem into a beautiful, warm home. Bathrooms are available on each floor, and on the first floor, there's a lovely communal area with a fireplace and a large, adjoining kitchen equipped with every comfort. Adjacent are two terraces, and downstairs, a large patio with a garden. Smoking is not permitted anywhere. The renovation of the property is not yet complete.

Personal space

Each bedroom offers ample space and a private sink with built-in wardrobes. The four largest rooms are reserved for couples, who can choose between a double bed or two single beds. The single beds are 120 x 220 cm, and the double beds are 160 x 220 cm.

Public transport is nearby, and ZAS Vincentius is also within a two-minute walk. There are some nice eateries nearby. Two good local supermarkets and a good greengrocer are less than a minute's walk away. At the end of the street, you can easily walk into Antwerp city center, with its bird market and botanical garden. The train station is a 10-minute VELO ride away, and there are three green spaces within walking distance.

Access

Two trams run through the street, and the Mechelsesteenweg behind it also has public transport. There's a VELO station nearby, less than a minute's walk. There's also a shared bike service that everyone can use.
